A few days ago, I got the initial notes back from my editor. They were very extensive, and I’m still going through them to really take in everything. Most of the notes were what I expected, but there were a few things I was surprised to hear.

The plan now is to step away from everything for a few weeks. I have been working on Galahad daily for a very long time, and I want to take an opportunity to ‘reset’ my perspective on it. It’s a cliche, but sometimes you can be too close to a project.

Not Much Else

I wish I had more to say. October seemed to fly by quicker than usual, and I think November will do the same. I am spending a lot of time with family. October through December has so many holidays, birthdays, and anniversaries, that it’s hard to focus on much else. We are also still trying to move. Sadly, not a lot of luck in that area.

I am still determined though! Galahad is going to be amazing, and these notes from my editor are going to help make this first book, and the entire series, that much better.

What’s Next?

Once I return with fresh eyes, there is no stopping me! I will get the script in top form and be 100% ready to get rolling on art. I apologize again for the short update. Thank you so much for hanging in there with me! Until next time, all the best.
